Sales Team Toolbox, LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information we collect
- Account & billing: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and payment method (handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we don't store full card numbers).
- Service data: your contacts and CRM records, webinar registrations and chat, call recordings and transcripts, messages, e-signed documents, agent configurations, and any calendar/number/video integrations you authorize.
- Technical: IP address, browser/device information, and usage analytics from our website and dashboard.
How we use it
- Operate, maintain, and improve the products you signed up for.
- Provide support, billing, and account communications.
- Meter and bill usage-based features (calls, messaging, AI) accurately.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with: (a) sub-processors that power the service (communications and AI infrastructure, hosting, our payment processor, and integrations you connect), under contract and only as needed to run the service; (b) when required by law; or (c) in connection with a corporate transaction, with notice to customers. We never sell your data or your customers' data. Text messaging originator opt-in and consent data is excluded from all of the sharing described above and is not shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers that deliver the text-message service itself.
Your customers' data
Much of what flows through the platform is data about your leads and customers. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process it (see our Terms of Use).
Improving our AI (de-identified data)
To make the AI work well for everyone, we use de-identified, aggregated data to train and improve our shared AI models and knowledge base. Before any data is used this way, we remove personal identifiers (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and street addresses), and we learn only general patterns — not raw conversations. We never expose one customer's data to another customer, and identifiable customer data is not shared between accounts. If you'd prefer your account be excluded from this aggregate model improvement, email admin@salesteamtoolbox.com.
Retention
Service data is retained for the life of your account and for a limited period thereafter for backups, audits, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email admin@salesteamtoolbox.com to exercise them.
SMS and text messaging
This section explains how Sales Team Toolbox, LLC collects, uses, and protects information relating to text (SMS/MMS) messaging. Sales Team Toolbox operates an AI-driven sales platform and sends text messages both to its own account holders and, at the direction of and on behalf of the businesses that subscribe to our platform, to those businesses' contacts.
Messaging information we collect
- Mobile phone numbers you provide to us, or that a subscribing business provides when it enrolls a contact.
- Opt-in and consent records, including the date, time, source, and method of consent, and the IP address where applicable.
- Message content, delivery status, and related metadata used to send messages and provide support.
How consent is obtained
We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in to receive them — for example, by submitting a web form and providing a mobile number, replying with a keyword, or otherwise affirmatively agreeing to receive messages. Providing a mobile number is optional, and agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Where Sales Team Toolbox sends messages on behalf of a subscribing business, that business is responsible for obtaining the consent required by law from its contacts, and Sales Team Toolbox acts as the service provider that delivers those messages.
Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

No sharing of mobile opt-in data
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in and consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers that deliver the text-message service itself. We may share your mobile information only with the vendors that help us provide our messaging services — including messaging platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages — and only as needed to deliver the messaging service you requested.
