Workflow Automation

The workflow engine that shows up already wired

A full visual canvas — 24 node types, field-aware branching on any field, tag, stage, or lead score. And you never start from a blank one: pick your industry and a complete suite deploys itself, running before you've imported your first lead.

Pre-built for your industry

The suite that installs itself.

Pick one of thirteen industries at signup and seven workflows deploy in your industry's own vocabulary — switched on and covering the moments deals are won or lost: the first five minutes, the booked appointment, the no-show, the quiet quote, the lost deal, the long game.

Speed-to-Lead

Catches every new lead, creates the deal, sends the first text, and hands the deal to Autopilot to work toward booked.

📅

Appointment Confirmation

Confirms every booking by email and follows with a confirm-by-text nudge, so fewer people no-show.

🔁

No-Show Re-Book

Follows a missed appointment with text, email, and an AI call — re-books them, or routes them gently into nurture.

🛟

Stalled-Deal Rescue

Wakes when a deal sits quiet: alerts the owner, re-engages by email and text, and escalates silence to an AI call.

🔥

Win-Back

Gives lost deals a fresh look with an email-and-text series; a reply stops the series and hands you the conversation.

🌱

Long-Term Nurture

A low-pressure education drip with a self-book link — built to survive replies, and it exits the moment they book.

📡

Re-Engagement Detector

Spots a hot lead opening your email and tells your rep that now is the moment to reach out.

Deployed at signup, on the same rails as everything else — texts and AI calls clear your Approvals queue before they send. And it never overwrites your edits: customize freely; re-syncs only add what's missing.

Under the hood

The canvas.

Beneath the pre-built suite is a complete visual builder: 18 trigger events to start from, 24 node types to compose, and branching on anything you store about a contact.

🧩

24 node types

Texts, emails, AI calls, meetings, logic, CRM updates, payments, tasks, and webhooks — every building block on one canvas. Node reference →

🔀

Branch on any field

Route contacts by any contact field, custom field, tag, pipeline stage, or lead score — every path is field-aware.

Wait for the right moment

Pause until business hours, a day and time, a specific date — or a date field's anniversary. Send the renewal text a year to the day.

🎯

Sequences that know when to stop

One-click goal exits for booked and purchased — plus tag and field exits — checked before every step, so nobody gets a "just checking in" the morning after they buy.

Stops when they reply

"Stop when the contact replies" is on by default, so a live conversation beats a scheduled step. Turn it off deliberately for long drips.

🔗

Webhooks, both directions

Give any workflow a private catch URL for inbound contacts — Zapier, Make, your lead vendor — and post out mid-workflow with the webhook node.

The AI drafter

Describe it, don't build it.

The fastest way to a new workflow isn't dragging nodes — it's a sentence.

Type "when a quote goes out, follow up by text on day 2 and 5, call on day 7, stop if they book" — and watch the graph draw itself.

The drafter designs the trigger, messages, branches, and waits from your plain-English prompt, working from 18 of the 24 node types. Drafts stay a reviewable size — about 4–12 nodes — and every draft is validated before it can be saved, so what you get is a working workflow, not a suggestion. Like every AI step, drafting is metered from your prepaid usage wallet.

Guardrails

Compliance is the default, not a setting.

Every workflow — the pre-built suite and anything you draw yourself — runs on the same rails. You don't configure compliance; it's already there.

Texting consent is checked before every SMS — no consent, no send.
SMS and AI calls wait in your Approvals queue; you see the exact message before it goes out.
Calls run through TCPA, DNC, and litigator scrubbing, inside legal calling hours.
Every email carries the CAN-SPAM footer and a working unsubscribe.
Cross-workflow send-fatigue limits and channel coordination keep two workflows from piling onto one contact.
The pre-built suite gets no special pass — nothing we ship skips a check.

When a contact texts STOP, everything halts. That's not configurable — by you or by us.

Beyond workflows

When steps aren't enough.

Workflows automate steps: this event, then this message, then this wait. Autopilot pursues outcomes: it takes the handoff from your workflows and works each deal toward the goal you set — choosing the next move instead of following a fixed path. Autopilot is included on the Pro and Agency plans.

Common questions

Good to know.

Is the workflow builder included on every plan?

Yes — workflows run on every plan, including Free. Most steps send the messages you wrote and carry no AI charge; AI steps are metered from your prepaid usage wallet, so there are no surprise bills. The one gate is Autopilot, the goal-driven agent that takes workflow handoffs — it's included on the Pro and Agency plans.

Can I break the pre-built suite by editing it?

No. Once the suite deploys, every workflow is yours — rename it, rewire it, turn it off. Nothing we ship ever overwrites your edits: suite re-syncs only add what's missing and leave anything you've touched alone.

Can workflows talk to my other tools?

Yes, in both directions. Any workflow can use an incoming-webhook trigger with its own private catch URL — POST a contact from Zapier, Make, or your lead vendor and it's created and enrolled. And the outbound webhook node sends data to any URL you choose mid-workflow, so the rest of your stack stays in the loop.

Do I have to use the canvas?

No. The suite arrives already wired when you pick your industry, so there's nothing you must build. When you do want something custom, describe it in a sentence and the AI drafter draws a validated workflow for you — the canvas is there for the day you want to fine-tune.
