By using Sales Team Toolbox, LLC's services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Service
We provide configured AI calling and chat agents, integrated with Go High Level or your CRM. Plan inclusions, agent counts, and per-minute usage rates are described on the pricing page in effect when you subscribe.
Acceptable use
- You will obtain all consents required by law (TCPA, state two-party consent, GDPR, etc.) for the calls, texts, and emails sent through the service.
- No spam, scams, deceptive conduct, harassment, or unlawful content.
- No reverse-engineering, abusive load, or attempts to bypass security.
Fees
Setup fees are one-time. Monthly fees recur on the billing date. Per-minute AI agent usage is billed monthly in arrears. We may adjust pricing on 30 days' notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience on 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
