By using the Sales Team Toolbox, LLC platform you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Sales Team Toolbox is a software platform that may include live and automated webinars, a CRM ("The Thinking CRM"), electronic signing, phone, SMS, email, and AI agents. Available products, plan inclusions, and usage rates are described on the pricing page and in your dashboard in effect when you subscribe. We add and improve features over time.
Accounts & team members
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Plans include unlimited team members within your organization; you're responsible for your team's use of the service.
Fees & billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. There are no setup fees, and you can start free.
- Usage-based features (such as phone calls, SMS/MMS, and AI usage) are metered and billed per the rates shown at the time of use, after any included monthly credit is applied.
- You can cancel anytime; subscriptions remain active through the end of the current billing period. Usage already incurred is payable.
- We may adjust pricing on 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
- You will obtain all consents required by law (including TCPA, state two-party consent, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable) for the calls, texts, and emails you send through the service. Text messages you or Sales Team Toolbox send through the platform are also subject to the SMS / Messaging Terms below.
- No spam, scams, deceptive conduct, harassment, or unlawful content.
- No reverse-engineering, abusive load, or attempts to bypass security or usage metering.
White-label & reselling
The Agency plan permits white-labeling and reselling the platform to your own clients. You remain responsible for your clients' compliance with these terms and applicable law, and for your own billing arrangements with them.
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience; your paid access continues through the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
AI, data & model improvement
You grant us the right to use de-identified, aggregated data derived from your use of the service to operate, train, and improve our AI models, knowledge base, and the service generally. This data has personal identifiers removed before use, and it is never shared with other customers in identifiable form. Personal data about your leads and customers is not shared between customer accounts. Enterprise and agency customers may request exclusion from aggregate model improvement. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may contain errors — you're responsible for reviewing it before it's relied upon or sent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
SMS / messaging terms
Program description
Sales Team Toolbox, LLC operates a text (SMS/MMS) messaging program through which we, and the businesses that subscribe to our platform, send text messages to individuals who have opted in. Depending on your relationship with us or with a subscribing business, messages may include lead follow-up, appointment and consultation reminders and confirmations, webinar links and reminders, and account and verification notifications. Certain messages are sent by Sales Team Toolbox on behalf of its subscribing businesses.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from, or on behalf of, Sales Team Toolbox at the number you provide. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and providing your mobile number is optional. This consent applies to text messages only and is separate from any consent to receive email or phone calls.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. We also honor END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, and QUIT. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with our messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
