Your pre-built automation suite
When you pick your industry at signup, seven ready-to-run workflows and pre-filled Agent Goals are deployed straight into your account. You never start from a blank canvas.
What gets deployed
Choosing your industry sets up your pipeline, then installs a full follow-up suite around it: seven workflows that cover the moments where deals are won or lost — the first five minutes, the booked appointment, the no-show, the quiet quote, the lost deal, the long game. It also pre-fills your pipeline's Agent Goals, so Autopilot knows what "winning" looks like from day one.
The suite arrives switched on. That's safe, because every workflow runs on the same rails as anything you'd build yourself:
Texts and AI calls queue in your Approvals inbox before they go out — the one exception is compliant speed-to-lead calls, which can send automatically once you enable live dialing. When a lead replies, their workflow stops so you can take the conversation from there — Long-Term Nurture is the one deliberate exception. A STOP reply halts everything, always. Texts, AI calls, and AI steps draw on your prepaid usage wallet; ordinary steps carry no AI charge.
The seven workflows
Here's the suite using Solar as the worked example. Every industry gets the same seven jobs in its own vocabulary — the names follow the pattern Your Industry — Job.
| Workflow | Starts when | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Speed-to-LeadSolar — Speed-to-Lead | A new lead arrives | Creates the deal in your pipeline, tags the source, sends an instant intro text, then hands the deal to Autopilot to work toward a booked consultation. |
| Appointment ConfirmationSolar — Appointment Confirmation | An appointment is booked | Sends a confirmation email right away and a confirm-by-text message an hour later, so fewer people no-show. |
| No-Show Re-BookSolar — No-Show Re-Book | Someone misses their appointment | Texts 15 minutes after the miss, emails a few hours later, then tries an AI call. If they re-book, they're tagged. If not, a no-pressure goodbye email moves them into Long-Term Nurture. |
| Stalled-Deal RescueSolar — Quote Follow-up | A deal sits quiet in a stage | Alerts the owner, then re-engages by email and text. If the homeowner replies, the workflow stops and hands you the conversation; silence gets an AI call and a handoff to Autopilot. |
| Win-BackSolar — Win-Back | 30 days after a deal is lost | A fresh-look email and text series plus an AI call. A reply stops the series and hands you the conversation; silence moves them into Long-Term Nurture. |
| Long-Term NurtureSolar — Long-Term Nurture | Started by the other workflows | A 90-day, low-pressure education drip with a self-book link two weeks in. It's built to survive replies — one answer doesn't kill the drip — and it exits the moment they book. |
| Re-Engagement DetectorSolar — Re-Engagement Detector | A contact opens one of your emails | If they're a hot lead, it notifies your rep that now is a good moment to reach out. Otherwise it tags the engagement spike for later. |
Long-Term Nurture is the only one with special settings: "Stop when the contact replies" is off, and it has a booked exit goal — so a homeowner who chats with you keeps getting the education emails until the day they actually book. Details on those settings are in the workflows overview.
Every industry, its own vocabulary
The picker includes a dozen ready-made industries — Solar, HVAC, Roofing, Home Remodeling, Real Estate, Mortgage & Lending, Insurance, Auto Sales, Med Spa & Aesthetics, Dental, Law Office, and Online / Digital Sales — and each gets an equivalent seven-workflow suite written in its own language. The stalled-deal rescue, for example, is Solar — Quote Follow-up, HVAC — Stalled Estimate Follow-up, Dental — Treatment Plan Rescue, Mortgage — Pre-Approval Follow-up, and Law Office — Stalled Matter Rescue.
For law offices, med spas, mortgage, and insurance, the pre-built copy stays strictly operational — booking, confirming, and re-booking consultations and appointments. It never gives legal, medical, or financial advice.

Agent Goals arrive pre-filled
The suite doesn't just install workflows — it fills in your pipeline's Agent Goals. Solar, for example, arrives with an ultimate goal ("turn a solar lead into a booked, attended consultation — and ultimately a signed customer") and per-stage goals with done signals, like New Lead: reach the homeowner fast and book a consultation — done when an appointment is booked. An Autopilot: <your pipeline> workflow is created alongside the suite, so the Agent Goals panel is visible and editable from day one.
One honest gate: the seven workflows run on every plan, but Autopilot — the agent that takes the handoffs — runs on Pro and Agency. On other plans, a handoff still records the deal for Autopilot; the agent starts working it once you upgrade. More in Autopilot & Agent Goals.
Everything is yours to edit
These are normal workflows, not locked templates. Open any of them under Workflows and change the message copy, the timing, the branches — or switch one off entirely. The pre-filled Agent Goals are just as editable, in the Agent Goals panel on the canvas.
Re-syncs never overwrite your edits
If your industry playbook is ever re-applied, the suite only adds what's missing. It matches by workflow name: a workflow that already exists in your account is left exactly as you've customized it, and pipeline goals are written only when they're still unset. Your edits always win.
Because a re-sync matches workflows by name, deleting or renaming one of the stock workflows means a later re-sync will add the original version back under its stock name. If you just don't want one running, switch it off instead.
