How it works

1. Open Build a list

   In the CRM, go to Contacts → ✨ Build a list.

2. Describe your ideal customer

   Type it in plain English — e.g. "homeowners in Arizona with high equity whose roof is likely due for replacement." Our AI turns that into a targeted property filter. Prefer to be exact? Switch to filters and pick a state or ZIP codes.

3. Preview the count and cost — free

   You'll see exactly how many matching leads are available and the total price before you spend anything. Set how many records you want.

4. Build & import

   Confirm, and we purchase the list and import every record straight into your pipeline as new leads — owner name, phone, email, mailing address, property value/equity, and roof / HVAC / solar propensity scores.

What each lead comes with

Every record is skip-traced and arrives with per-phone DNC and TCPA-litigator flags already attached. Sales Team Toolbox reads those flags automatically, so your AI rep knows exactly how it may work each lead from the very first touch — no separate scrub, no surprises.

What it costs

Lead Builder is billed per record delivered, at the simple rate shown on your pricing page and drawn from your usage wallet — the preview always shows the exact total before you commit. Property data, contact info, the compliance flags, and all five propensity scores are included on every record.
