Billing & usage wallet

Your bill has two simple parts: a flat monthly plan (with unlimited seats and a usage credit), plus metered usage for the calls, texts, and AI you actually use.

Plans

See live details on the pricing page. In short:

  • Free — the full CRM and your AI rep, up to 2 seats, pay-as-you-go usage.
  • Starter / Pro / Agency — unlimited team members, a monthly usage credit, and progressively more (webinars, e-Sign, phone & AI voice, white-label).

Autopilot — the goal-driven pipeline agent — is included on the Pro and Agency plans. Texts, AI calls, and AI steps inside workflows draw on your prepaid usage wallet.

Manage your plan under Settings → Billing.

The usage wallet

Metered usage — texts, calls, AI, and one-time messaging fees — is funded by a prepaid usage wallet. Your Billing page shows the current balance and a transaction ledger of every charge and top-up, and your monthly plan credit is applied first.

Adding funds

Self-serve wallet top-up is rolling out. In the meantime, if your balance runs low, contact us and we'll add credit to your wallet right away.

How usage is priced

Usage is billed per unit at simple, transparent rates shown on the pricing page — for example SMS, MMS, voice per minute, AI voice per minute, AI agent usage, email, and phone numbers. Your included monthly credit is spent first, so you only pay for what exceeds it.

How call minutes are counted. Calls are billed in whole minutes and rounded up per call, so a 30‑second call counts as one minute and a 90‑second call counts as two. This applies to both the voice line and the AI agent on it, on inbound and outbound calls alike — it’s how our carrier bills us for AI calls, and we pass it through on the same basis rather than adding a margin on top of the rounding. If you run a lot of very short calls, budget on the number of calls, not the number of talk‑minutes.

Warm transfers. When the AI hands a caller to one of your team, it places a call to that person. That’s a second line for as long as they’re connected, billed at the standard voice rate and shown on your ledger as “Transfer to teammate”. If nobody answers, the attempt costs nothing.

The honest comparison

Don't compare the plan to another CRM — compare it to the setter you'd hire. A flat monthly fee plus a few cents per touch typically pays for itself with a couple of booked deals a month.

Recurring messaging fees

If you've set up business texting, your dedicated number carries a small monthly fee, billed from the wallet. One-time brand and campaign registration fees are charged when you complete those steps (and refunded automatically if a step fails).

Only pay when it works. Start free and add usage as you grow.
