Create & run a webinar
The Webinar app runs live, interactive webinars — a video stage plus real-time chat, Q&A, polls, and reactions — with a presenter console you drive on the fly.
Open the Webinar app
Launch Webinars from your dashboard (single sign-on carries your account over), or go to webinar.salesteamtoolbox.com. You'll land on your list of webinars with buttons to create one or open the Presenter Studio.
Create a webinar
Click "+ Create a webinar"
Give it a title and description.
Choose your video source
Either a pre-recorded MP4 (paste the video's URL) or a YouTube URL for a live stream or video. You can also change the source live during the event.
Save
You're taken to the presenter console, and a public registration page is created automatically.
Invite attendees
Share the Registration link. Attendees enter their name and email to reserve a seat, then drop straight into the room. Each registrant is captured to your list.
Run the room from the presenter console
Open the Presenter console and use the Host tab to drive the event in real time:
- Go live / End — flip the room On Air, and end it when you're done.
- Video source — switch between your MP4 and a YouTube stream instantly for everyone.
- Polls — launch a poll (2–6 options) that floats over the video with live results; close it when you're ready.
- Q&A — answer questions and mark them answered; open questions show a live count.
Attendees get a video stage with a live "On Air" badge and timer, a Chat tab (your messages carry a Host badge), a Q&A tab, floating polls, emoji reactions (👏 ❤️ 🔥 😂 🎉 👍), and a live "N watching" count.
Going live with YouTube (broadcast quality)
For a full live broadcast, connect your YouTube channel once under Settings, then click "Create broadcast & go live" in the Host tab. The app provisions the YouTube broadcast, embeds it for attendees, and gives you an RTMP server URL and stream key to point your streaming software (such as OBS) at.
Today webinars run live and on-demand from a video URL. Automated evergreen scheduling, in-browser webcam broadcasting (no OBS), email/SMS reminders, and saved replays are on the roadmap — for now, use YouTube for live streaming and a hosted MP4 URL for pre-recorded sessions.
