Work the list (Queue)

The Queue is the fastest way to work a day's leads. It hands you the right lead next, tells you what to say, and lets you log and advance in one click.

How the Queue prioritizes

Open Queue in the app. It builds a single ordered worklist from your pipeline:

  • Hot → Warm → Cool by lead tier, then oldest-waiting first.
  • Leads in terminal stages (won/lost) are skipped automatically.
  • Tier filter chips let you focus on just Hot leads when time is short.

Working a lead

  1. Read the recommended first touch

    Each lead shows a "Recommended first touch" pulled from your playbook — the channel and angle most likely to get a response.

  2. Reach out

    Use the one-click buttons — 📞 call, 💬 SMS, ✉️ email — to log the touch as you make it.

  3. Advance the stage

    Hit "Advance →" to move the lead to the next pipeline stage without leaving the queue.

  4. Move to the next lead

    The queue re-sorts and serves up the next highest-priority lead.

Pair it with your AI rep
