Upload a document
Open e-Sign and upload a PDF, image (PNG/JPEG), or text file — images and text are converted to a PDF for you. (Word document conversion is coming soon.)
Prepare it for signing
Open the prepare editor
Click Prepare on the document.
Add your signers
Add one or more signers; each gets its own color so it's clear who signs where.
Drop fields onto the page
Drag sign, initial, date, and fill fields onto the document and assign each to a signer.
Send and sign
- Send for signing generates a unique, tokenized link for each signer (emailed automatically if you provided an address).
- Each signer adopts a typed cursive signature and accepts an ESIGN/UETA consent checkbox.
- The system captures the signed name, timestamp, and IP address for a compliant audit trail.
Track and download
Documents move through clear statuses — Draft → Sent → Signed → Completed (or Void). You can void a document to revoke its links, and download the finished, signed PDF at any time.
Because the contract lives in the same system as the deal your AI rep built, there's no exporting, re-uploading, or juggling a separate e-sign tool — send it straight from the record. e-Sign is included on the Pro and Agency plans.
