AI Presenter Studio
The Presenter Studio turns a slide deck into a narrated presentation an AI can deliver — using a headshot and either a free browser voice or a natural cloned voice.
Open the Studio
From the Webinar app home, click 🎤 AI Presenter Studio (or go to webinar.salesteamtoolbox.com/studio). You'll see your presenters; click "+ New presenter" to create one.
Build a presenter
Name it
Give the presenter a name (for example, "Rick — Solar"). It starts with a few sample slides.
Upload a headshot
Add a PNG or JPEG. An AI-enhanced version of your own photo works great and keeps costs far below a live video avatar.
Write the slide script
In the script editor, put one slide per line as
Title | Narration— the title on the left, what the presenter should say on the right.Or import your PowerPoint
Click "Import notes from deck" and upload a
.pptx. The Studio reads each slide's speaker notes and turns them into the narration automatically (falling back to the slide's on-screen text). You'll see "✓ Imported N slides."Save
Your presenter is ready to present.
The notes you'd read as a human presenter become the AI's narration — so a deck you've already presented is most of the way done.
Choosing a voice
Set a Voice ID on the presenter to control how it sounds:
- Browser voice (free) — with no voice provider configured, the presenter uses your browser's built-in text-to-speech. Zero cost, great for drafting.
- Natural / cloned voice — paste an ElevenLabs voice ID (when a provider key is configured for your account) for a natural, human-sounding narration you can match to your own voice.
Present
Click ▶ Present for the slideshow view: your headshot beside the current slide's title and narration, with ← Prev / ▶ Speak / Next → controls, an Auto-play option, and a slide counter. A footer tag shows whether you're on the cloned/natural voice or the free browser voice.
Today the Studio is a powerful authoring-and-present tool: a voice-plus-headshot presenter you drive. Wiring the AI presenter to narrate live to a webinar room's attendees — and a premium live talking-head avatar — are on the roadmap.
