Yes. Signers adopt a signature and accept an ESIGN/UETA electronic-signature consent, and the system records the signed name, timestamp, and IP address for a compliant audit trail.

What file types can I send?

PDF, image (PNG/JPEG), and text files today — images and text are converted to PDF automatically. Word document conversion is coming soon.

Is e-Sign an extra cost?
